Who we are. 

During his career, Martin Samsel spent more than 15 years in management and leadership positions in top agencies, driving new developments, processes and structures. At Jung von Matt he met Matthias Adolf, who set up the digital department there, before moving to search.ch as Head of Marketing. Later he was named CEO of the digital agency Equipe, where he worked side by side with GL member Sebastian Durband, who in turn brought years of experience from well-known PR and advertising agencies. With «Lamachine» he set up a motorcycle manufactory in the Grisons mountains. One valley further on one meets the creative Simon Smit. His signature can be seen in many campaigns, but also at the airline SWISS, where he led an agile innovation team that developed sustainable product and service ideas for the airline. After years spent together at SFLB and Wirz, the Society brings him back together with Creative Director Niels Schäfer, who not only realized numerous award winning Campaigns, but also co-founded the Supercar Owners Circle, an exclusive network for car collectors with numerous events all around the globe.
Together they are the Creative Intelligence Society.
